Getting pre-approved is crucial in the home buying process. Whether it’s from a recommended lender or your own it is extremely important and will set real expectations for us during the process.

Jessica keeps her eyes peeled for properties that match your criteria and send’s them to you right away for approval prior to booking a showing.

FOUR

You see some you like? GREAT! Once you’ve let Jessica know she’ll arrange an itinerary to visit the properties.

FIVE

You found one you love and are ready to make an offer, Jessica will walk you through the Agreement Of Purchase & Sale and discuss the current market trend in that particular area.

SEVEN

A few days before your closing date, you’ll meet with your lawyer to discuss closing details and sign for your new home.
Then on your closing day once the funds are transferred you will receive the keys to your new home!

SIX

Congratulations, your offer was accepted! Now we meet all the conditions including, Home Inspection, Financing, etc.
The Home Inspection is a very important condition as it insures your home is in great condition!
